"I had been a regular gym go-er for the past 10 years, so when lockdown hit, I, like most, had to find something else. I started training with Jamie in weekly one-on-one virtual sessions, and thanks to him I feel the fittest I’ve been since my teens.
He has taught me so many new exercises & variations to do at home, especially with bands, that I don’t think I’ll go back to the gym now they’ve opened up again.
A genuinely lovely guy who appreciates the balance between training hard, and enjoying life.

"If you want to get fitter/stronger/faster or leaner get down to Fitthit! Jamie is an amazing trainer. Bootcamps are always challenging, but fun. Everyone is encouraged to work to their own ability without worrying what anyone else is doing. So there’s never any pressure and never any feeling of under achieving. Training one to one at his gym is personal and each workout designed just for you. Which is great if you want to to focus on one particular area or have a goal that you’d like to work towards. Jamie is encouraging and enthusiastic and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough."

"I’m not quite over the hill but I am on the menopause mountain 😩, I needed someone who put me at ease, made me laugh and also make me work my butt off. Jamie does all those things, he mixes things up to avoid boredom he doesn’t expect things to be done his way but rather offers a range of exercises which can be tailored to your own ability.
His Saturday boot camp is friendly and welcoming and having recently started his duo workouts at his gym I’m really starting to see a difference in my fitness levels"

"I was very nervous to start with a PT as I’ve always hated any form of exercise & my weight wasn’t great at all, but Jamie totally put me at ease from the first session!
I joined his Bootcamp after about 6 PT sessions and found them varied yet tailored to everyone’s abilities. The Bootcamp he runs are so fun, even virtually throughout the lockdowns.
I love being in his gym; it’s so well equipped and Jamie is very knowledgeable not only about the circuits that he has you complete but also about niggling health or injury issues.
Having suffered arthritis pain for 14 years, I can honestly say now that the pain is very much at bay, and I have halved the medication I take in the past 6 months. I am the fittest I’ve ever been and that is down to his fabulous training.
I would 100% recommended Jamie to anyone, of any ability!!"

"Jamie is an amazing personal trainer, I love my sessions with him, as well as the Bootcamp group sessions that he runs. The workouts are varied and interesting and delivered with a fun attitude. His studio is extremely well equipped giving a great choice of apparatus to use to mix things up and keep the sessions interesting.
